Chairman's Message
Naresh Kumar Madhwani, I have always believed that great companies are built on strong values and a clear vision. Ltd., we have fostered a culture of growth, creativity, optimism, and care—not just for our business, but for our people, partners, and the communities we serve.
My journey in the pharmaceutical industry began long before Atlantis was established. It traces back to the 1980s, when my father laid the foundation by starting a wholesale pharmacy business. In 1990, I stepped in to carry forward the legacy, learning the intricacies of the trade and expanding operations. With a strong understanding of the market and a desire to create something of my own, I transitioned from wholesale distribution to building my own company in 2000. In 2006, I expanded further, launching another company to strengthen our market presence. A defining moment came in 2016, when my son joined the business after completing his studies. Together, we launched Atlantis Formulations Pvt. Ltd., with a vision to redefine pharmaceutical excellence through innovation, quality, and global expansion.
